Attn: Registered students who missed one or more courses in the Final Examination of Spring Semester 2025.

This is to inform all concerned students that the Final Make–up Examination for the Spring Semester 2025 will be held as per the following schedule:

• Application Deadline: 05 May, 2025, Monday.
• Exam Dates: From Friday, May 09, 2025 to Saturday, May 10, 2025.
• Time: 9.00 am – 4.00 pm.
• Venue: Room No 2102, 2103, 2104. (Building 02)

Eligibility:

Registered Students who were officially absent during the final examinations due to valid reasons (e.g., medical emergency or other approved grounds) are eligible to appear in the make-up exams. Approval from the relevant academic department is mandatory.

Application Procedure:

Students are advised to ‘collect and submit makeup application form’ as per the following procedure:

1. Application Type: Submit paper based makeup application form.
2. Application Form Collection & Submission Procedure: Students are advised to collect Makeup Examination Application Form from the Respective Department / Student Welfare Office, duly fill it up & sign it, and submit to the Student Welfare Office along with supporting documents and payment receipt etc.
3. Payment Procedure: Pay the makeup exam application fees at the rate of Tk. 1000/- per course at the Permanent Campus Accounts Office/Bkash/Nogod etc.
4. Note: No late applications will be entertained under any circumstances.

Important Note:

NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO SIT IN THE MAKEUP EXAM WITHOUT PAYMENT.

All Head of Dept. / Coordinators / concerned offices are requested to take the necessary action at your end.
